Your agreement can be rebilled in our CLUB OK in the Billing section.

The excess is the maximum amount of damages you will be responsible for and a hold for this amount will be placed on your credit card together with the deposit if Premium Cover is not contracted (Except group 4).
The deposit, on the other hand, is the amount that will be held for security as a guarantee of compliance with your obligations with OK Mobility, as well as a guarantee for any eventual liability arising during the rental period (fuel, tolls...). 

If you contract “Premium Cover”. Contracting this cover (for the groups of categories 1 to 3), will avoid a hold being placed for the excess amount on your credit card (for motorbikes there is a minimum excess of between €50 and €125, depending on the category).

Pay for your car bookings with Visa, American Express, Bitcoin or Amazon Pay. There is also the option of Scalapay if you would like to split the cost of your rental into three interest-free payments.

All services will be paid by credit or debit card at our offices. If you wish to make a reservation through our website, payment can only be made by credit card. Withholding of the excess shall only be possible by credit card. The repayment of the excess can take between 14 and 31 days depending on the bank. OK Mobility only accepts VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards. AMERICAN EXPRESS accepted only in Spain (except Canary Islands) and Germany.

If you only have a debit card, you should choose one of our covers (OK Premium Cover or OK Premium International) as it is only possible to block the excess on a credit card.

As mentioned above, only OPC and/or CAR coverage is available and can be purchased together and/or separately. If the customer wishes to complement their international coverage, they may do so by contracting the INT - international supplement. This supplement may be paid for the entire rental and/or for the days requested by the customer within the booking. It should be noted that, should any occur outside the contracted period of INT, the customer will be responsible for the costs.

The vehicle rental excess is a maximum amount that will have to be paid in the event of vehicle damage. Once the rental agreement is signed, a hold will be placed on the credit card for part of or all the excess amount. If the car is returned undamaged, the retained quantity is unblocked in a period of 14 to 31 days.

To sum up, the excess limits the maximum amount that must be paid in the event of accident or vehicle damage. There may be certain exceptions where the responsibility for damage and loss may be greater. You will find detailed information about these exceptions in our General Conditions.
