Vehicle theft is very serious. You must inform us immediately via our roadside assistance service or customer service. It is essential that you inform the police or security forces, and that you send us a copy of the police report containing the maximum information possible.

The theft or loss of vehicle keys is an unfortunate event. The most important thing is to get in touch with our roadside assistance service so that they may help you. We do not always have security copies of keys. It can also be very dangerous for the vehicle to keep driving with the same encoding as it could be the target for theft.
