All bookings made through the OK Mobility website can be modified up to 48 hours before the vehicle is picked up. Bookings with Smart and Lite Rates are non-refundable and therefore do not allow modifications. In the case of booking through an intermediary, contact them to request the modification.

Indeed. If during your experience you decide and/or wish to purchase a vehicle coverage, you should visit our nearest Store, we will check your vehicle and, if the vehicle does not present any new damage, we will proceed to modify the contract with the purchase of the coverage.
The return of the vehicle outside the hours stipulated in the rental contract carries a mandatory surcharge.
