Yes. If your booking is refundable, signing the contract does not interfere with possible cancellation.
As outlined in the General Terms and Conditions, the identity verification is an essential requirement for driving the vehicle and being included in the rental contract (or annex). Failure to complete this process shall be classed as a violation of the General Terms and Conditions.
If the booking includes an additional driver, the second driver must have their current driving licence and ID document to hand.

Of course! It’s very simple. We’ll explain the steps to follow below:
1. Log in to your Club OK customer area.
2. Go to “Bookings in progress” (“My bookings” section) and open the booking details.
3. Once you are inside the “Booking details”, in the “extras” section you will see the option you need.
4. Enter the email address for the additional driver to complete the identity verification process.
The contract will enter into force from the moment you pick up your vehicle.
You will be able to sign the rental contract from your mobile phone before arriving at the store to collect the vehicle. This option is available up to the indicated vehicle pickup time.
To be able to sign the contract online, we must first scan and verify the required documentation (1) Valid driving licence (2) ID Document/ Passport. If your booking contains an additional driver, we will also need to add these steps before the contract is signed.
