How to pick up and return your vehicle
After picking up your luggage, follow signs to "ALQUILER DE COCHES / CAR RENTAL". Use the escalator or lift to go down to floor -1 where you will find the car rental offices. At the end of the walkway, you will find our office to your right.
Pick up your vehicle directly at the vehicle return Store (DROP OFF). To do this, follow the same instructions as for vehicle return.
When you reach the airport, follow all signs towards “Car Rental”. These signs will lead you to the entrance of the carpark where the car rental offices are. Enter the carpark and head to floor -2 where you will find the OK Mobility Store.
