How to pick up your vehicle?

We have a free shuttle service to take you directly to our Store, located 2,5 km from the airport.

After landing, go down to the ground floor (“Llegadas” or Arrivals) and head towards the exit. Once outside, cross the pedestrian crossing and turn to the left. Continue straight along the pavement that is covered by the upper road. Parking 1 (indoors) will be on your right-hand side at all times. When you reach the end of the pavement, cross the pedestrian crossing that leads to the corner of Parking 1, and then cross the next pedestrian crossing that leads to Parking 2 (open-air carpark - long stay). Turn to the right and continue straight. Just behind the guard booth, you will see the OK Mobility shuttle bus stop. If the bus isn’t there when you arrive, wait for a few minutes. It runs continuously.
