How to pick up and return your vehicle
Preferential customer pick-up area ok mobility web/app/contact centre: After disembarking, follow all signs to the baggage claim area. If the first numbered column you see is ‘1’, continue straight ahead. The OK Mobility Store is at the end of the aisle. On the other hand, if the first numbered column you see is ‘16’, straight ahead, you will see the Store OK Mobility.
Take the airport exit and stay left on the fork, following the signs for “Terminal / Parking / Express / OK Mobility”. Go straight, following the signs for “Llegadas / Parking / Parking Express”. Take the left lane towards “Llegadas / Parking / Parking Express”. Stay left on the fork, following the signs for “Parking / OK Mobility”, with P. Express on your right. Enter the carpark and head to the second floor. Once inside, turn immediately to the left and follow signs for OK Mobility where you will find the Drop Off area.
Take Exit 7 for the “Aeropuerto” (Airport). At the roundabout, take the second exit following signs to “OK Mobility / Express / Parking / Terminal”. Rejoin the road and stay in the left lane, following signs for “Llegadas / Parking / Express / OK Mobility”. Stay left on the fork, following the signs for “Parking / OK Mobility”, with Parking Express on your right. Enter the carpark and head to the second floor. Once inside, turn immediately to the left and follow signs for OK Mobility where you will find the Drop Off area.
