How to pick up your vehicle?

Terminal 1

After leaving the baggage claim area, you will see Go Natural cafe. Walk around the cafe and continue straight following the signs for "La Plaça". Turn to the left and follow signs for car rental pickup and continue until you see the OK Mobility Store. To pick up your vehicle, take the lift or stairs to your right and head to the lower floor (Planta 1). Walk to the end of the carpark where you will find the vehicle pickup Store.

Terminal 2

After leaving the baggage claim area, you will see signs for the car rental area. Turn to the left following these signs and you will immediately see the OK Mobility Store in front of you. To pick up your vehicle, leave the Terminal and cross the pedestrian crossing to your right. Cross the road again and you will see the vehicle pickup Store in front of you in the carpark.

How to get from T1 to T2

After picking up your luggage, you will see signs next to the Go Natural cafe. Follow them towards the “Exit”. Upon reaching the escalators, go down and continue to the exit. After exiting, cross over both pedestrian crossings. Follow the green arrow on the pavement that points to the bus connection that goes from T1 to T2. Take the bus to T2C. After getting off, walk straight alongside the bus stop until you get to T2B. Once at T2B, enter the Terminal and you will see the OK Mobility Store to the right. Note: To return from T2 to T1, there is a bus from T2B and T2C.

How to return your vehicle?

Terminal 1

When you arrive at Terminal 1, there are 5 lanes. Drive around the second lane from the left, following the “Car Rental” signs. After the junction, continue following the “Car Rental” signs. Enter the carpark signposted “Car Rental” and follow signs to go up to the first floor. Once on the first floor, go to the right and continue straight until the end of the carpark where you will find the OK Mobility parking spaces.

Terminal 2

When you arrive at Terminal 2, drive around the left lane following the “Rent-a-car” signs. Stay in the left lane following the signs on the pavement to “RENT A CAR”. Before the checkpoint, you will see a sign on the left with all the car rental offices. Continue in this late, cross the access barrier and, at the roundabout, continue in the direction of "Salida". About 300 meters away, you will find the entrance to the OK Mobility car park.

Important

The pickup and return of vans and campers is only at Terminal 2.
