The waiting period between your booking date and the pick-up date depends entirely on the availability of the office where you have made your Subscription. That's why, during the booking process you will see different pick-up times for each store.

You will pick up and return the Subscription vehicle at the store you select during the booking process. Attention, please! If we have different offices in the location where you rent the mobility service, you can return it at any of them free of charge.

You must be over 18 years of age, have a valid European ID card or passport, a valid driving licence, valid documentation for the duration of the subscription period and a valid credit card.

The Next Level Subscription includes delivery and return of the full/full tank. In the event of non-compliance with this policy, you will be charged for the cost and handling of filling.
