You can pick up/return your vehicle at the store you selected during the booking process.

If the Store you selected when making your booking is no longer suitable for returning the vehicle, feel free to contact our Customer Service department (+34 871 055 313 - Spain // +34 871 055 314 - Other countries) and they will tell you whether it can be changed, and how to proceed.

At the Store you will need to present the original versions of the documents you uploaded during the booking process:
1. ID // PASSPORT
2. Driving permit
3. Credit or debit card in the name of the person on the booking
4. Proof of address for the person on the booking

*The documents presented must be hard copies, legible, and accepted by the laws in the Subscription country.

We apply a full-to-full gas tank policy for picking up and returning Subscription vehicles. If this requirement is not met, there will be a corresponding charge for gas and administration fees.
