OK Mobility covers normal mechanical wear and tear on your vehicle, as well as servicing and repair costs for faults incurred by the vehicle during the Subscription period, provided that they fall within the realms of standard wear and tear.
If any warning lights appear on the dashboard or inside the vehicle, OK Mobility must be notified. Should the customer fail to do so, they shall be liable for any damages that may occur as a result of this omission.
Customers must receive express written authorization from OK MOBILITY before going ahead with repairs at independent garages or replacing any parts in the vehicle. No repair costs shall be reimbursed without this authorization.
You can request servicing for your Subscription vehicle through the OK Mobility app, in the “Servicing or fault” section.
Fill in the form and select the date/time to change the vehicle at the selected Store.
