If the vehicle can no longer drive properly, call our Roadside Assistance service (open 24 hours a day) in the country where you booked your Subscription.
In the event of an accident, remember to make a report of the incident, provide it at the Store, and call the Roadside Assistance service.
In the event of a fault or an accident, you will be given a replacement vehicle provided that the incident did not occur as a result of negligence, criminal activity, legal infraction, or inappropriate use of the vehicle.
