

You can travel with your pets provided that you book a “van” (Mercedes Class V or similar) and mention it in the “Comments” section on the form. For the comfort and safety of your pet, we recommend that they travel in a carrier.


It is essential that you mention this requirement in the comments section of the booking form, to ensure you receive a suitable vehicle and an optimal experience.


Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the desired service date. Exceptionally, urgent requests with shorter notice may be accepted depending on availability via Customer Service: +34 919 246 887.


You will need to present a valid official document (ID, residency permit, passport) and the identifier that appears on the booking confirmation. If either of these requirements are not met, the service shall be cancelled with no refund.


The service includes a courtesy delay of 30 minutes from the confirmed pickup time. If your flight is delayed or any other unforeseen circumstances arise, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible via the contact number on the booking confirmation.


Both cars with drivers and transfer vehicles include WiFi, courtesy water and a professional qualified driver.
