  • Latest pay slip
  • Bank account ownership certificate

Self-employed:

  • ID card or Foreigner's ID card with passport and driving license
  • Updated employment record from Social Security
  • Quarterly VAT certificate for the current year (Model 303)
  • Annual VAT for the previous year (Model 390)
  • Last income tax certificate (Model 100 and Model 130)
  • Proof of latest payment of freelancer fee
  • Bank account ownership certificate

Companies:

  • Copy of Tax ID document
  • ID card of all Board members
