Frequently Asked Questions:Subscription

The availability of this option shall depend on the Subscription amount and the country in question.

All you need to do is enter your card details, continue with the booking process, and pay the first instalment for your Subscription.

The remaining monthly instalments shall be paid using the card details you entered during the booking process. 

1- Premium Cover (coverage for bodywork*, wheels, and windows)

2- Civil liability insurance

3 - Servicing, taxes, and vehicle checkups

4 - 24h roadside assistance 

5- Full-to-full gas tank

Yes, this is compulsory. The payment must be made with a credit card when you pick up the vehicle, and the amount will depend on your subscription vehicle.

When your Subscription comes to an end, we shall refund the deposit within a maximum period of 30 days, once we have verified that the terms of the contract have been met (mileage, extras, and outstanding payments).

The vehicle can only be driven on national territory.

To cross any borders you will need express authorization from OK Mobility. You can obtain this by visiting your nearest Store in person or by writing to suscripcion@okmobility.com.

At the Store you will need to present the original versions of the documents you uploaded during the booking process:
1. ID // PASSPORT
2. Driving permit
3. Credit or debit card in the name of the person on the booking
4. Proof of address for the person on the booking

*The documents presented must be hard copies, legible, and accepted by the laws in the Subscription country.

When you pick up your vehicle, you will receive one of the models included in the category you selected when making your booking. The vehicle assigned shall depend on Store availability when you go to pick it up, and this may differ from information available on the website.

24h roadside assistance, damage to bodywork*, windows, and wheels, civil liability insurance (covers compulsory driver liability against any personal or material damages that may be inflicted upon third parties).

In the event of a fault or an accident, you will be given a replacement vehicle provided that the incident did not occur as a result of negligence, criminal activity, legal infraction, or inappropriate use of the vehicle.

***Replacement vehicles are subject to Store availability.

You can request servicing for your Subscription vehicle through the OK Mobility app, in the “Servicing or fault” section.

Fill in the form and select the date/time to change the vehicle at the selected Store.
