How to pick up your vehicle?

1. After getting off the plane, follow the “Salida/Exit” signs. Once you get to the luggage conveyor belts, continue walking until you go through the exit. You will see an exit door to the outside, marked with the sign “CAR RENTAL”, go out through it.

2. Follow the outside corridor to the end, where you will see a cafeteria. You need to go around it and follow the CAR RENTAL signs.

3. Enter the parking lobby and go up to the 2nd floor by stairs or elevator. You will see OK Mobility signs that will guide you.

4. On the 2nd floor, you will see the entrance to the parking area with our offices, where we will be waiting for you.

How to return your vehicle?

If you are arriving from Autopista Via de Cintura

1. Take the exit for the airport and keep left at the fork, following the signs saying “Car Rental - OK Mobility”.

2. Continue along, following the RENTAL CAR RETURN signs. Go to entrance P2.

3. Enter the car park and go up to the 2nd floor. Once inside, turn left immediately and follow the OK Mobility signs, which will take you to the Drop Off area.

If you are coming from Autopista de Levante

1. When arriving from the Levante highway, take exit 7 towards the “Aeropuerto”. At the roundabout, take the third exit, following the signs saying “Car Rental – OK Mobility”.

2. Continue along, following the RENTAL CAR RETURN signs. Go to entrance P2.

3. Enter the car park and go up to the 2nd floor. Once inside, turn left immediately and follow the OK Mobility signs, which will take you to the Drop Off area.
