1. Purpose of the promotion
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions applicable to the “2x1 car + motorbike package” promotion (hereinafter, the “Terms”) describe the terms that apply to the commercial offer launched by OK MOBILITY referred to as the “2x1 car + motorbike package” (hereinafter, the “Promotion”). This commercial offer involves the sale of an automobile and a motorbike belonging to OK MOBILITY ESPAÑA, S.L.U. (hereinafter, “OK MOBILITY”), with a commercial discount applicable to the sale price of each of the vehicles, with the total discount value being equivalent to the sale price of the motorbike.
1.2. The motorbikes included in this promotion are the Piaggio Liberty and SYM models.
1.3. This is a voluntary customer promotion.
1.4. The sale of these vehicles is governed by the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for nearly new vehicles from OK Mobility España and the provisions of the Sales Contract.
2. Validity and scope of application
2.1. The Promotion shall apply to all vehicle purchases made via any OK MOBILITY vehicle sales channel (i.e. the website, app, Sales Hub or Showroom) from 03/11/2025 to 01/12/2025, both inclusive. ThePromotion shall be valid for the established period of time or, as the case may be, until stock runs out.
2.2. Orders must be placed by customers on mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands.
2.3. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion without prior notice.
3. Financing terms
3.1. The promotion shall only apply if the vehicle is purchased through financing via one of the financial entities partnered with OK MOBILITY. The customer must finance 100% of the total amount of the transaction.
3.2. If the financing via an entity partnered with OK MOBILITY is not approved, the General Terms and Conditions for the purchase of nearly new vehicles from OK Mobility España shall apply, and the benefits of this promotion shall not be valid for said purchase.
4. Characteristics of the motorbike
4.1. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer acknowledges that the motorbike included in the promotion is nearly new and has not been reconditioned. OK MOBILITY shall provide the customer with information and photographs to demonstrate the condition of the motorbike at the time of purchase.
4.2. The customer will have the right to accept or refuse the motorbike offered as part of the Promotion. Should the customer accept, they confirm that they are aware of and accept the condition of the motorbike.
5. Warranty
The motorbike shall be delivered with a minimum legal warranty of one (1) year, in accordance with current regulations. This does not include aesthetic damage or wear and tear, in accordance with current regulations.
6. Delivery costs and terms
The costs for transfer and delivery of the vehicles shall be covered by the customer, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for the purchase of nearly new vehicles from OK Mobility España and the corresponding sales contract.
7. Return of the vehicle in case of withdrawal
7.1. Should the right to withdrawal be applicable, in accordance with current regulations, and the customer decides to withdraw from the purchase of the automobile, this will also implicitly include withdrawal from the purchase of the motorbike.
7.2. However, the customer may withdraw from the motorbike purchase without this obliging them to withdraw from the automobile purchase.
7.3. If they decide not to purchase the motorcycle, the amount paid for the motorcycle will be refunded, minus any discounts that may have been applied to the sale price.
7.4. For any matters not included in these Terms and Conditions, withdrawal shall be governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for nearly new vehicles from OK Mobility España.
8. Limitations
8.1. The motorbike may not be replaced by a different model, nor for an amount of money equivalent to its value.
8.2. Offer valid exclusively for individual customers on mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands.
