How to pick up and return your vehicle
From the baggage claim point, reach one of the two elevators (5 or 9) located between arrivals A and B. Go down to floor –1 (Car Hire and Train Station).
Once you reach the –1 floor, reach the second car rental hall through the sliding doors
After the sliding doors, you will find the OK Mobility office on your right..
Once you reach Arrivals, follow the signs for: GET TO MILAN BY TRAIN
Exit the terminal and cross the pedestrian crossing.
Follow the road following: AIRPORT BUS Terminal 1
Turn right and wait: SHUTTLE BUS T1-T2
Once you arrive at Terminal 1, go past the train ticket office. Go through the tunnel following the Car Hire direction.

Arriving from Milan: On the SS36dir motorway, take the exit "Malpensa Terminal 1". Enter the roundabout.
Take the second exit "Autonoleggi – Car Hire". Enter the roundabout and take the third exit "Car Return – Hotel – P3".
Straight on, after entrance to Hotel Sheraton, turn right to "Car Return" Parking B, following the directions to OK Mobility.
Once inside the building, reach the opposit side where you find the OK Mobility desks.
