Car rental at Frankfurt Airport (FRA)

Our office is located in the arrivals area "D", in the centre of the car rental area, inside Terminal 2. If you arrive at Terminal 1, there are two options to transfer you to Terminal 2: - Shuttle-Bus: The free yellow shuttle bus stop, which shuttles you between terminals, is located just outside the arrivals area of each Terminal. The shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes from 5:30am to 11:30pm. When the bus arrives at Terminal 2, go inside and follow the signs "Mietwagen-Car rental / Ankunft-Arrivals D,E", which will take you to our office in arrivals area "D". - SkyLine (Train): After disembarking at Terminal 1, follow the signs "Abflug-Departures A,B,C,Z / Terminal 2 D,E". At the departures area, continue and follow the signs "Terminal 2 / SkyLine", which will take you several levels up to the SkyLine. The SkyLine runs every few minutes from 5am to 11pm. When the SkyLine arrives at Terminal 2, go to our office in the arrivals area "D" of the car rental area. To return the vehicle, follow the signs to Terminal 2. 200 metres before reaching the Terminal, immediately after the traffic light, turn right to enter the carpark. Vehicle return is on level U1 - parking box U 111 (same as pickup point). The OK Mobility team is available from 7am to 10pm. Before or after that time, you can park your car here and leave the key in the OK Mobility key box, situated next to the lifts (50 metres from the parking area).
