How to pick up and return your vehicle
After disembarking, follow all signs to the baggage claim area. Where you will find the OK Mobility store further ahead.
Use the stairs located 5 meters to the right of the arrival area. On the first floor, you will find the OK Mobility store on your right.
You can also use the elevator, located 1 meter from the arrival area. Press the button for the first floor, and when you exit, the OK Mobility store will be on your left.
After disembarking and collecting your luggage, you will arrive at the arrival point of the airport.
When you are in the arrival area, turn left and continue to the second exit in 30 meters.
After the pedestrian crossing, the OK Mobility store will be 20 meters in front of you.
After crossing, the OK Mobility store is located in the prefab building on your right.
When you enter Sarajevo International Airport, stay in the left lane to head to the parking lot about 100 meters ahead.
Continue straight for about 100 meters until you reach the parking lot.
Once there, you will find the OK Mobility store on your right.
Once you park your vehicle, it will be about 10 meters from the parking lot to the office.
