LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION

1.ORGANISING COMPANY

OK MOBILITY ESPAÑA SLU, with Tax ID B-57334609 and registered office at C/ Gran Vía Asima 36 A (EDIF. OK GROUP), 07009, Polígono de Son Castelló, Palma de Mallorca, Spain, registered in the Commercial Registry of Palma de Mallorca, Volume 2,120, Folio 193, Sheet PM-50.109 (hereinafter, “OK MOBILITY”), is organising this promotional action (hereinafter, the “Promotion”).

2.PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion will begin on 02/01/2026 and will end on 31/12/2026, both dates included.

3.ELIGIBILITY

Participation in the Promotion is open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have legal residence in Spain or in any European Union country.
• Hold a valid ID card, passport, or equivalent official document.
• Have completed the purchase of a vehicle exclusively through OK Mobility’s official website during the Promotion Period.
• Fully and unconditionally accept these Legal Terms and Conditions.

4.PROMOTION MECHANICS

All customers who purchase a vehicle exclusively online via OK Mobility’s website during the Promotion Period will receive 4 one-day tickets to PortAventura Park.

The tickets will be sent digitally by email to the buyer, once the purchase has been confirmed and finalised.

5.PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZE

• The prize consists of 4 one-day tickets to PortAventura Park, valid according to the official opening calendar of the park and with a maximum validity date of 31/12/2026.
• The prize does not include accommodation, transportation, or any other additional expenses not expressly stated in these Terms.
• Tickets will be delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the confirmation of the vehicle purchase.
• Each customer is entitled to one prize only, regardless of the number of vehicles purchased.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

6.RESTRICTIONS

The following persons may not participate in the Promotion:

• Employees of OK Mobility Group and their relatives up to the second degree of kinship (direct line) and up to the fourth degree (collateral line).
• The resale, transfer, or commercialisation of the tickets is strictly prohibited.
• OK MOBILITY reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion for just cause and under fair conditions that do not prejudice participants.

7.LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

OK MOBILITY will not be responsible for:

• Loss, theft, delays, or issues in the delivery of tickets caused by third parties.
• Improper use of the tickets by the recipients.
• Any changes to PortAventura Park’s official opening calendar or access conditions.

In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond OK MOBILITY’s control, the company reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion.

8.PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The data controller is OK MOBILITY ESPAÑA SLU. Participants’ personal data will be processed for the sole purpose of managing the delivery of the prize associated with this Promotion. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability by contacting rgpd@okrentacar.es or by postal mail at: C/ Gran Vía Asima 36 A, 07009, Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

9.CHANGES

OK MOBILITY reserves the right to modify or extend these Legal Terms and Conditions, provided that participants’ acquired rights are not affected.

10.APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Legal Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from them shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
