After several years of collaborating with the Mallorca 312, OK Mobility takes one step further this 2023. The Majorcan brand now becomes the title sponsor of an event that gathers thousands of participants from all over the world every year.
This new title sponsorship helps OK Mobility to strengthen and consolidate Mallorca 312 as one of the most relevant sporting events on the Majorcan calendar.
This partnership is added to the list of sponsorships and events OK Mobility develops throughout the year, as it represents and embodies the values of hard work, self-improvement, and team effort the Majorcan brand shares and identifies with.
8,000 participants in the Mallorca 312 OK Mobility
With the stunning Platja de Muro as the starting and finishing point, the Mallorca 312 OK Mobility gathered last 29 April around 8,000 participants from 56 countries in a one-day event.
The participants cycled on 3 different routes of 312, 225, and 167 kilometres around the island with all safety measures in place, as the roads were specially blocked for the occasion.
This gave the participants the chance to enjoy the fantastic roads and beautiful landscapes the island offers without any traffic interference.
OK Mobility was present the entire time with a branded stand from 27 to 29 April. It offered a resting area for the participants and a new VIP space, now called OK Mobility Lounge.
Big names in cycling in the Mallorca 312 OK Mobility
This 2023 Mallorca 312 OK Mobility brought together big names from the world of cycling. The Spanish Alberto Contador, winner of 7 Grand Tours (Giro d’Italia, Vuelta a España, and Tour de France) between 2008 and 2014, was one of them. The Italian Vincenzo Nibali, also the winner of 3 Grand Tours, didn’t miss this date either.The organisation honoured his outstanding cycling career giving him the 312 honorary bib.
Other renowned cyclists like Joseba Beloki, Andre Greipel, Sean Kelly, Ivan Basso, Óscar Freire, Pedro Horrillo, and Óscar Pereiro, didn’t miss the chance to participate either.
Cycling mobility and road safety
This edition of the Mallorca 312 OK Mobility became the perfect occasion to promote and raise awareness of cycling safety on the roads.
Majorca has become a premium destination for thousands of cyclists and travelers alike, which made this initiative specially meaningful.
The participants received a pack including a bib and a “Respect Cyclist” car sticker, an action included in the “Cycling Manifesto” project developed by OK Mobility.
Mallorca 312 OK Mobility, a must for 2024
With this official title sponsorship, the Mallorca 312 OK Mobility consolidates its position as a must on the cycling calendar.
The organisation now directs all its efforts towards next year, for which it raffled this year 100 direct-access tickets.
The Mallorca 312 OK Mobility 2024 expects again thousands of participants from all over the world and cycling celebrities to attend.
