Do you have any questions? OK Mobility is here to help
The OK Mobility Flexible Leasing service enables you to enjoy a car, motorbike, or van of your choice for 2 to 9 months.
The service includes: Premium Cover (coverage for windows, wheels, and bodywork), road tax, MOTs, Roadside Assistance, and servicing.
You can book it entirely online! Just choose the pickup date and the office where you would like to collect your vehicle.
When the booking process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your Flexible Leasing reference.
If you don’t already have a username to access your private area, you will receive a second email with login details so you can view the details of your Flexible Leasing (monthly instalment schedule, card details, pickup/return details, etc.).
Of course! You can view the opening hours and phone numbers in the “Customer Service (i)” section at the end of this page (in dark blue).
The Flexible Leasing will last for 2 to 9 months, depending on the availability at the Store where you make your booking.

4 - 24h roadside assistance
5- Full-to-full gas tank
** Premium Cover and roadside assistance are not included with bookings in Italy.
The vehicle can only be driven on national territory.
To cross any borders you will need express authorization from OK Mobility. You can obtain this by visiting your nearest Store in person or by writing to rentingflex@okmobility.com.

When you pick up your vehicle, you will receive one of the models included in the category you selected when making your booking. The vehicle assigned shall depend on Store availability when you go to pick it up, and this may differ from information available on the website.
At the Store you will need to present the original versions of the documents you uploaded during the booking process:
1. ID // PASSPORT
2. Driving permit
3. Credit or debit card in the name of the person on the booking
4. Proof of address for the person on the booking
*The documents presented must be hard copies, legible, and accepted by the laws in the Subscription country.
24h roadside assistance, damage to bodywork*, windows, and wheels, civil liability insurance (covers compulsory driver liability against any personal or material damages that may be inflicted upon third parties).
